Founder, Lite-Force
Daniel has spent over a decade in executive leadership across technology, mining, construction, and accounting — industries where operational rigour matters and hiring decisions have real consequences. His background is in commerce, finance, and business management.
Lite-Force came from a pattern he kept seeing: Australian SMEs paying enterprise prices for talent, or taking on compliance risk with unstructured offshore arrangements. He built Lite-Force to sit in the middle — proper employment structure, hands-on sourcing, and ongoing support, without the complexity or cost of enterprise platforms.
