Lite-Force stays in the picture — we source the person and employ them through our EOR structure, run payroll monthly, and provide ongoing HR support. One partner, not two or three.
Do I need to set up a foreign entity?
No. That's the point of the EOR model. Lite-Force is the legal employer in the hire's jurisdiction. You get the team member and the output; we hold the employment relationship and handle compliance. No foreign company registration, no foreign bank accounts.
What are the ongoing fees?
One monthly fee per team member. It covers their salary, employment structure, payroll, compliance, and ongoing support. No hidden charges, no placement fees, no lock-in contracts. Specific pricing depends on the role and is confirmed during your discovery call.
Can I hire part-time or casual staff?
Yes — many businesses start with part-time arrangements, particularly for roles like bookkeeping or admin support. Hours and schedule are agreed during role scoping. The employment structure and support are the same whether someone works 20 or 40 hours per week.
